Established in 1881 and trading as a family company since 1886, HF Richardson is one of Victoria’s oldest privately owned real estate and livestock agencies.

HF Richardson has remained a family business for more than 120 years, providing real estate leadership in Geelong, Colac and the surrounding region. With fourth-generation family member Will Richardson at the helm, and his predecessor, John Richardson continuing to guide the business, HF Richardson employs more than 24 people. Our staff are based at two offices, in Geelong and Colac.
